A fronteira entre marcas que oferecem serviços válidos (e idealmente quase invisíveis) e aquelas que sufocam consumidores com ofertas agressivas de serviços assustadores é uma linha muito tênue. Sim, compradores gostam de se sentir servidos, mas não querem se sentir observados.
Bom, como 2013 testemunhou uma enxurrada aparentemente sem fim de marcas que sofreram “quebras de privacidade” e revelaram assim informações sobre os seus consumidores, além das ações que vazaram de uma agência do governo (que provavelmente está lendo isto por cima do seu ombro agora mesmo); hoje não é apenas uma minoria paranoica que está tendo chilique.
Destacamos o fato de que dois dos maiores provedores de comunicação criptografada do mundo (Lavabit e Silent Circle) tiveram de encerrar seus serviços de e-mail porque já não se sentiam mais capazes de garantir a privacidade em relação às agências governamentais.
Eles (infelizmente) perceberam que, uma vez que os dados eram coletados, estes poderiam ser acessados. Isto tudo leva a oportunidades em 2014 para marcas SEM DADOS: marcas que simplesmente oferecem ótimos serviços ao mesmo tempo em que orgulhosamente deixam de coletar dados pessoais (e fazem muito alarde deste fato).

O desafio das empresas vai ser encontrar equilíbrio entre os benefícios muito reais da coleta e utilização de dados (recomendações, vendas cruzadas, personalização, renda de anúncios acentuada e mais) e conquistar a confiança de consumidores cada vez mais HACKEADOS.
Por que não colocamos exemplos nesta tendência? Porque o SEM DADOS é tão contra as estratégias de dados que sejam “GRANDES, MAIORES, ENORMES” que atualmente dominam o mundo dos negócios, que simplesmente não encontramos ninguém fazendo isto bem… por enquanto!
